Our Aims
The Ezine Vocational School Travel, Tourism and Entertainment Services Department values entrepreneurship, innovation, creativity, cooperation, productivity, recognition, commitment to protecting one's country and geography, lifelong learning, scientific thinking, and ethics. Our objectives
Our objective at the Ezine Vocational School Travel Tourism and Entertainment Services Department, in alignment with the principle of "Being a quality-oriented, innovative and entrepreneurial university" upheld by Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, is to fulfill the demand for intermediate personnel in the travel industry. In addition, our department aims to:
- To provide practical training opportunities those fulfils the expectations of the commercial sector and prepare employees to become desirable and favoured candid.
- Improving corporate culture.
- To facilitate scientific research and educational activities in this field.
- Ensuring coordination with national and international similar training programs.
- To undertake activities in accordance with the requirements of the area.
- To establish effective and efficient relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- To act as a liaison between the public and private sectors.
- In this regard, the aim is to enhance the number and standard of full-time teaching personnel by elevating its academic staff at the anticipated pace.
- Continuously improving the education and training process.
- Providing certification, continuing education, and on-the-job training services.
- Organising social outreach activities, including exhibitions, conferences, events and participating in fairs.
- Developing the understanding of student-centred education.
- To ensure the development of the learning infrastructure in technological and pedagogical aspects.
- To establish a connection between the internship activities of students, educational processes and the practicalities of the business world.
- Striving to integrate social service responsibility into the corporate culture as an extension of our educational and research pursuits.
