  • Contribution Fees and Tuition Fees will be paid with your TR ID Number through any Ziraat Bank ATM or internet branch between the dates mentioned above. Formal education students studying in the normal education period will not pay any contribution. Since these students do not have bank transactions, they will renew their registration through the University Information Management System (https://ubys.comu.edu.tr/) between the specified dates.

IMPORTANT REMINDER

3 of the 10th article of the Decision on the Determination of Contribution Fees and Tuition Fees to be Received as Student Contribution to the Current Service Costs in Higher Education Institutions in the 2023-2024 Academic Year (Decision Number: 7384), which entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated 15.07.2023 and numbered 32249. According to paragraph . “The student contribution fee for only one program in which the student is registered is covered by the State. "In case of enrolling in a second higher education program within the same scope (excluding double major programs) while being enrolled in a program within the scope of primary education or open education, the student contributions for the second higher education program are covered by the students themselves."

In accordance with the matters specified in Article 3 of the "Decision on the Determination of Contribution Fees and Tuition Fees to be Received as Student Contribution to Current Service Costs in Higher Education Institutions in the 2023-2024 Academic Year" and Provisional Article 1 for Foreign Students;

3 times the Contribution Fee/Tuition Expense for those who registered before the 2021-2022 Academic Year,

1.5 times the Current Service Cost for those who registered in the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 Academic Year,

A contribution fee/tuition fee of 2 times the Current Service Cost has been applied to those who registered in the 2023-2024 Academic Year.

Attention: No fees will be charged to formal education students who do not exceed their normal education period. 

  • Note: Check your transcripts for the codes of the courses that will be repeated due to failure or to increase your grade. (Courses that will be repeated due to failure or in order to increase their grades must have the same code as their old codes.) Students who pay the Tuition Fee or Tuition Fee must log in to https://ubys.comu.edu.tr/ and go to Menu > Student System > Student Information Screen > They can access the course selection screen from the Course Selection - Registration Renewal link. A list of the courses you need to take this semester will appear on the screen. Compulsory courses and elective courses are located in separate tabs on the screen. You must complete the registration renewal process by selecting the courses you need to take and pressing the "Send for Advisor Approval" button.
  • Students who want to make a blank registration can complete their registration process via the "I want to make a blank registration" link at the top right of the registration renewal screen.
  • Students who have forgotten or lost their University Information Management System (https://ubys.comu.edu.tr/) login password can call 444 17 18 via your mobile phone registered in the system for password transactions. For your suggestions and questions about password, you can submit a request at https://destek.comu.edu.tr/.
  • All our students who want to study are required to renew their registration.

 

REGISTRATION FREEZING PROCEDURES ARE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 32 OF THE ASSOCIATE DEGREE-UNDERGRADUATE EDUCATION TRAINING AND EXAMINATION REGULATION.

OUR STUDENTS WHO REQUEST REGISTRATION FREEZING MUST APPLY WITH A PETITION TO THE ACADEMIC UNIT WHERE THEY STUDY. (Click for a sample petition)
